Protecting against vehicular attacks.

   With vehicles seemingly becoming the weapon of choice for terrorists, the need to protect citizens from people willing to do us harm has dawned on most large cities, leaving many still trying to find the best way to protect their citizens.  Pedestrians on sidewalks and public spaces are a “soft target” of choice.  No Protecting against vehicular attacks.
